You will support our team in:

accompanying complex corporate transactions in Germany and abroad
preparation of company presentations, financial analysis, identification and approach of suitable buyers/sellers
preparation of management presentations
support of due diligence processes

You are currently:

completing a business-oriented degree
have already completed first relevant internships in industry or a management consultancy
have a good level of analytical thinking and good knowledge of the MS Office.

You will support our team in:

preparation of market reports, investment fact sheets, screening lists and decision documents for M&A transactions in close coordination with the senior team mebers
supporting M&A transactions including valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, transaction structures, contract negotiations and preparation of board materials
coordination of cross-functional teams, in particular management of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. other advisors, financing banks, accounting firms)

You are have:

successfully completed studies in economics (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably with focus on M&A/finance/strategy) or comparable expertise acquired in practice
several years of project or consulting experience in the field of M&A, transaction services, auditing, strategy consulting or corporate M&A
excellent knowledge of M&A as well as corporate finance, detailed knowledge of the individual transaction steps of the M&A process
in-depth knowledge in the area of business valuation, extensive experience in the preparation of models and business plans
excellent analytical skills, structured way of thinking, independent working style, great willingness to solve problems, intercultural competence
entrepreneurial spirit with a high degree of initiative and willingness to take on responsibility
